Office of the Children's lawyer: The Ontario government agency which sometimes becomes involved in family law cases by way of the appointment of a social worker or lawyer to represent the views of children who are the subject of a court proceeding.

Family Responsibility Office: The Ontario government agency tasked with the responsibility of enforcing the collection of child support.
